The California State Legislature is considering a landmark bill that would set a goal of conserving at least thirty percent of California's lands and waters by 2030.
AB 3030 would help protect biodiversity, safeguard clean air, water, and our food supply, save endangered species and other imperiled wildlife, increase climate resilience and fight climate change, protect us from disease, and ensure the public has access to more natural places.
California is already a leader in protecting biodiversity. But our state has lost more than one million acres of nature to development over the last two decades.
We need thousands of Californians from across the state to show assembly members that we're counting on them to prioritize this critical bill now that they're back in session.
Tell your California assembly member to act to protect our lands, waters, and ocean ecosystems!
