A new Trump administration rule could devastate large areas of national forests in Colorado by opening them to new oil and gas drilling.
When we lose forests, we not only lose sources of clean water and clean air for local communities, vital habitat for countless wildlife species, and important natural places for people to recharge, we lose one of the most critical tools for fighting climate change. Forests are powerhouses for absorbing carbon pollution, sucking in as much as 30 percent of the world's carbon emissions.
It's critical that elected officials — like Senator Cory Gardner — hold the line against Trump to protect important public lands, public health, and our environment.
Demand that Senator Gardner fight back against the Trump administration's pro-polluter agenda!
