So it comes as no surprise that you'd spend the final days of your presidency cementing your legacy as our nation's most anti-environment administration by launching a final series of desperate attempts to allow your big polluter cronies to pillage public lands and waters and wipe out imperiled wildlife, displacing Indigenous communities and harming our climate and our environment.

I strongly oppose your efforts to:

* Lease the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil companies for drilling
* Repeal vital protections for Alaska's Tongass National Forest, the largest intact old growth forest in the U.S.
* Ease the way for more logging and drilling in America's National Forests
* Open hundreds of thousands of acres of wildlands across the American west for oil and gas drilling, including areas around New Mexico's Chaco Canyon and Alaska's Western Arctic
* Allow industries to kill millions of birds with impunity by gutting the Migratory Bird Treaty Act
