Last year’s startling United Nations report revealed that greenhouse gas emissions are still rising dangerously… despite repeated warnings from scientists that we have just a few years left to drastically reduce emissions if we want to avoid climate catastrophe.
As temperatures rise and natural disasters worsen, one thing is clear: Climate change is happening, and the time for action is now. The unprecedented bushfires in Australia have served as a wake-up call to just how devastating the impacts of climate change can be if left unchecked.
Enough is enough. Call for bold climate action from world leaders: Sign the global petition demanding they strengthen the Paris climate agreement, slash the use of climate-busting fossil fuels, promote economic justice, expand investments in clean energy technologies, and act immediately to solve the climate crisis.
